Candidatul Ideal
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting within an international environment;
- Solid knowledge of Romanian and European tax regulations;
- Experience with SAP (Finance Modul);
- Skilled in data entry and using accounting software;
- Proficient in English (B2/C1 level), additional languages (German, Italian, or French) - are an advantage;
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices;
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Descrierea jobului
- Ensure the chronological and systematic recording of all financial and accounting transactions in accordance with Romanian legislation and internal company guidelines;
- Perform primary and general accounting activities including posting and reconciliations;
- Reviewing invoices in compliance with Romanian and EU VAT regulations;
- Handle accounts payable processes: verify and post supplier invoices via electronic invoice receipt workflow or directly in the ERP system (SAP), manage approvals, monitor due dates, and initiate weekly payment runs;
- Handle accounts receivable processes: use of automated programs to process bank statements in the ERP System (SAP), monitor overdue accounts, and coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve billing issues;
- Actively contribute to process improvements and automation in accounting workflows;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient procure-to-pay (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C) processes;
- Participate in internal and external audits by preparing and explaining required documentation;
- Ensure proper archiving of accounting documents and confidentiality of company information;
- Support E-transport data entry and reporting for the Romanian companies;
- Handling various administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
