Job requirements:
- Accounting background of at least 2 years; experience in an accounting company or in a company operating in the real estate sector would be an advantage.
- University degree in Finance & Accounting or related field.
- Motivated and organized person; Team player; Good organization skills, accurate and detail-oriented; Analytical mindset; Ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel).
Descrierea jobului
Ensures the accounting up to the trial balance / balance sheet level under the direct coordination of the Finance Manager;
Performs the accounting records of all documents and economic transactions, such as:
- invoices received from suppliers;
- invoices issued to customers;
- loans and interest;
- monthly discharge of deferred income and expenses;
- bank account statements in local and foreign currency;
- fixed assets acceptance protocols and the monthly asset depreciation;
- petty cash register in local currency;
- expense reports and travel orders;
- other accounting documents and economic transactions
Prepares breakdowns for all GL accounts;
Provides support in payment approval process for the taxes owed to the state budget;
Provides support for the preparation of the annual inventory documentation (inventory lists, balance confirmation letters, scrapping protocols for assets, etc.)
Keeps track on the company's fixed assets and inventory items;
Insures the proper archiving of the company's documents and of the accounting ledgers;
Checks periodically the status of the ANAF syntetic tax records.
Prepares various accounting and financial reports required by the direct supervisor or by the colleagues from the other departments of the company;
Insures support for all other responsibilities according to the job description;
Maintains the communication and relationship with the relevant audit, tax, and financial authorities;
