Join our Finance team as an Accountant PTP (Procure to Pay) and support the accurate processing of vendor transactions, reconciliations, and period-end closing activities

What you'll do:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time, ensuring correct vendor master data and timely payments.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, including PO, GRN, and invoice matching.

• Manage period-end PTP activities, including vendor accounting close, AP and GR/IR reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, and journal entries.

• Prepare and post accruals and prepayments related to vendor transactions.

• Monitor open vendor items, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances.

• Perform reconciliations of vendor, AP, and GR/IR accounts.

• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and providing relevant explanations.

• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, and other Finance teams to ensure efficient PTP operations.

• Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.

• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team

What we're looking for

• 2-3 years of accounting experience.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• Strong Excel skills and good accounting knowledge.

• SAP experience is a plus.

• Good English communication skills.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
