Coordinating and controlling administrative, commercial, and accounting operations between external accounting, back-office services, and retail, and in particular:
- monitoring the management of the general ledger, fixed assets, and balance accounts,
- supervision of the accounting and posting of received and issued invoices and other documents,
- coordination of the preparation of monthly and annual tax returns,
- preparation of statistics and monthly, quarterly, and annual reports,
- knowledge and monitoring of current legislation,
- coordination and controlling of the commercial department.
