About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales professional to join our team in the medical sector. The role combines both business development and account management, with international exposure and responsibility for end-to-end client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of ~40-60 international clients (mainly distributors and selected private hospitals);
* Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and market research;
* Handle client communication via calls, WhatsApp, and email;
* Prepare product offers and negotiate pricing and terms;
* Provide support on logistics-related matters and ensure smooth order processing;
* Work with internal systems (Excel and ERP) for reporting and client management;
* Collaborate closely with the existing sales team of 4 people.
Location: Onsite, Bucharest
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:30 - 18:00
