Account Executive - Employee Benefits

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1 year of experience in client relationship management and administration.
• Strong customer service orientation
• Verbal and written communication skills in English, in addition to Romanian.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• A driver's license is nice to have

• Comfortable and motivated to work in a well-structured organization
• Enthusiastic personality and willingness to learn
• Ready to play a leading role in helping cross functional teams collaborate and achieve challenging goals
• Knowledge or experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Great communicator and a team player

• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and administration.
• Respond to client requests for insurance, policy renewals, and consultancy services.
• Resolve client account issues and ensure timely and appropriate communication with clients.
• Participate in client and prospect meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with our international network to administer global programs when necessary.
• Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.
