Site Financial Controller

• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with other departments;
• Technical Proficiency in accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP: SAP) systems, along with advanced Excel skills;
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and make informed decisions;
• Extensive experience in accounting, finance roles with a strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance;

• Establish and maintain internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial information;
• Develop and manage the organization’s budget, perform financial forecasting and analyse variances to support strategic decision making;
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations;
• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, compliance and internal controls within the organization;
• Manage and optimize cash for the subsidiary and propose financing;
• Manage local and group auditors and administration requests.
