Seller Support Specialist (RO&EN) Remote

We're looking for a Seller Support Specialist to help new sellers get started on our e-commerce platform. You'll play a key role in making their onboarding experience smooth and hassle-free by guiding them through setup, answering their questions, and ensuring they understand how to use our tools effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

Support new sellers in setting up accounts and listing products
Offer clear, written guidance on using platform tools
Handle seller inquiries and troubleshoot technical or operational issues via chat/email
Ensure a smooth and supportive onboarding experience
Gather feedback to improve onboarding
Educate sellers on best practices for success
Flag recurring issues to improve the seller journey

What You’ll Get:

Full-time, permanent contract
Monday–Sunday schedule, between 9 AM – 7 PM
Monthly performance-based bonus
