o Support sales maximization activities with distributors, direct key accounts, and agencies across designated regions. o Ensure effective communication and information transfer between the client and our sales partners.
o Monitor and follow up on monthly sales results, comparing performance against budget and business plans.
o Manage and track partner re-orders and immediate stock requests efficiently. ·
Marketing Coordination:
o Assist in overseeing the execution of regional marketing plans.
o Support the analysis of marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI. ·
Product Feedback Loop:
o Gather and consolidate sales-based feedback on seasonal collections for the Product team.
o Participate actively in seasonal and monthly product briefings and internal meetings. ·
Planning & Forecasting Support:
o Assist with the setup and implementation of new customer accounts in our systems.
o Contribute to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the customer database.
o Contribute to the annual planning process for order intake and net sales forecasts.
o Assist in developing and maintaining accurate monthly net sales forecasts. ·
Replenishment & Sell-Through Analysis:
o Conduct regular weekly follow-ups with partners regarding stock levels and replenishment needs.
o Monitor weekly re-ordering patterns.
o Collect, consolidate, and assist in analyzing customer sell-through data.
o Provide support to the sales team and partners during initial stock ordering phases. · Operations & Logistics Coordination:
o Monitor the order shipping process to ensure timely deliveries.
o Support the finance and sales teams with payment follow-ups and basic risk management oversight.
