Junior Key Account Manager / Sales Assistant (m/f/x) - Modern Trade

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in FMCG (food or non-food), in Modern Trade sales (International chains: drugstore and grocery retail sector).
• Experience in the beauty industry would be a strong asset
• Experience working with SAP (order management, customer data, reporting)
• Good understanding of retail operations and customer management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Languages

• Romanian – fluent
• English – fluent
• German and/or Hungarian – considered an advantage

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Key Account Manager / Key Account Manager to support the development of the Modern Trade channel in Romania.

This role is ideal for someone with FMCG experience who enjoys working in a dynamic commercial environment and wants to grow into a key account management position.

Key Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the sales back office for Romania
• You will provide essential support to our Country Manager in the daily
• administrative tasks
• You will handle order processing and ensure the accurate maintenance of our customer master data
• You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers in their day-to-
• day business interactions
• You will play a key role as the vital link between our customers and all internal
• departments
