Warehouse Manager - JUMBO Baia Mare

JUMBO Romania is expanding its team and is looking for a Warehouse Manager, a responsible and well-organized professional who will coordinate warehouse operations and ensure an efficient flow of goods to the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring that all receiving, storage, and delivery operations are carried out according to company standards
• Receive goods and ensure they match the accompanying documents in terms of quantity
• Store, archive, and send weekly all shipment and reception documents (invoices, CMRs, delivery notes, transfer documents)
• Actively participate in loading, unloading, and handling goods inside the warehouse and store, manually or using equipment
• Ensure goods are stored correctly and in accordance with JUMBO warehouse standards
• Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse, receiving areas, and loading ramps
• Propose improvements and optimization solutions for warehouse procedures and work processes
• Suggest disposal or write-off of damaged goods that no longer meet quality standards
• Train new employees or staff members promoted into new warehouse roles, ensuring full understanding of procedures and workflows
• Coordinate, supervise, and motivate the warehouse team through constant communication and performance evaluation
• Ensure all employees are aware of their work schedules and communicate any changes clearly
• Remain vigilant in preventing theft by checking product integrity, labels, and packaging
• May support activities related to new store openings across the country, if required

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in a similar role (Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Coordinator / Logistics) is an advantage
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• High attention to detail and responsibility when handling goods and documents
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good proficiency of English or Greek language (written and spoken).
