Candidate Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in banking, gambling, or the premium client segment;
- Proven experience managing cases with individualized client strategies (focusing on retention and LTV growth, not template-based communication);
- Experience working with high-value clients and understanding the financial sensitivity of this segment;
- Strong focus on long-term relationship building and a performance-driven mindset;
- Confident using messaging tools, including voice messages, short personalized videos, and direct contact;
- Comfortable acting as a public-facing representative for a VIP client portfolio;
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset;
- Patience, attentiveness, and advanced problem-solving abilities;
- A proactive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment;
- Solid computer skills and the ability to quickly master new systems and tools;
- Knowledge of the online gaming industry is a plus, or a strong willingness to learn and adapt.

- Provide prompt and high-quality support to VIP clients via chat, email, and phone;
- Respond to inquiries and assist with registration, bonuses, games, and technical issues;
- Handle questions related to withdrawals and account verification;
- Resolve complaints while ensuring a positive client experience;
- Collaborate with other departments to quickly resolve complex issues;
- Provide information about current promotions, bonuses, and offers;
- Maintain accurate records of client requests and identify recurring issues.
