We’re looking for a UX / Graphic Designer who can craft clean, user-centered designs and bring brand stories to life across multiple touchpoints — from websites to email marketing visuals.
If you have experience designing (for Shopify would be a big plus) and love improving the online shopping journey, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Design engaging visuals for eCommerce websites, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Create UX/UI layouts that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.
Produce graphic assets for promotional campaigns, product pages, and social media.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve user experience and conversion.
Test and validate designs based on feedback and user behavior data.
Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints and client brands.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in UX/UI or Graphic Design (agency or eCommerce environment preferred).
Strong portfolio showcasing web and digital design work.
Solid understanding of UX principles and eCommerce user journeys.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a big plus.
Basic understanding of responsive design, usability, and accessibility.
Ability to manage multiple projects, respect deadlines, and work collaboratively.
Good English communication skills (written & spoken).
Nice to Have
Understanding of Shopify themes or customizing sections.
Understanding of front-end implementation (HTML/CSS basics).
Experience with Klaviyo or email design templates.
Motion or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere).

We are a team of 33 people. We all work remotely, mostly from Romania, but also from Denmark, the UK and we have collaborators in South America and Asia. The work we're doing varies greatly, from Store Management Tasks (day-to-day catalog work, optimization, and maintenance), to Online Marketing Tasks (Email, Digital, and Social) to App Development (Public Shopify Apps to be more precise), to Consulting Services. Our clients vary from small businesses (sales up to $2mil/year) to multinational corporations.
