Utilities Manager - multinational company

For a top multinational company, we are recruiting a Utilities Manager.

This role is factory based, no hybrid possibility.

Role is reporting to a Plant Manager.

Role Goal

Managing, organizing and supervising the work of the utility department in the plant, i.e. in accordance with occupational health and safety, fire protection, quality assurance and environmental protection regulations.

Responsibilities

Managing energy department resources (equipment, buildings, employees) and fixed cost budget (excluding renovation).
Ensuring continuous, efficient, and fault-free operation of department production (machines, devices, buildings).
Up-keeping transmission infrastructure (sewage, electricity, water, steam, air, gas, etc.), functional facilities (catchers, separators, pumping stations), and supporting structures on-site, including the sewage treatment plant (excluding its technology). Liability: up to building boundaries; for tanks, to retention wall boundaries.
Overseeing oil pipelines and supporting structures between departments (excluding Refinery's internal pipelines).
Preserving departmental communication and transport infrastructure (passages, stairs, sidewalks, platforms, fences, gates, doors, dust transport). Liability: from building boundaries

Ideal Profile

Bachelor's Degree in engineering and equivalent work experience
Chemical Bachelor Degree appreciated
Technical knowledge of heating systems, lighting, compressed air, technological heat
Previous experience in managing implementation / investment projects
