UI/UX Designer (Figma)

• Lead the end-to-end design process for modern, responsive web applications, from initial wireframing and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI delivery.
• Build and maintain a scalable Design System in Figma, ensuring visual consistency, accessibility, and a robust library of reusable components for cross-functional teams.
• Partner closely with frontend engineers to translate complex workflows and business requirements into intuitive, user-centric, and creative interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate user feedback to iteratively refine and optimize the overall product experience.

• Experience: Proven professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex, modern web applications (e.g., SaaS, enterprise tools, or data-rich platforms).
• Core Tooling: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, utilizing advanced features such as auto-layout, variables, variants, and interactive prototyping.
• Design Systems: Demonstrated hands-on experience in creating, managing, and governing comprehensive design systems and component libraries from the ground up.
• Design Principles: Deep understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and modern visual aesthetics (typography, color theory, layout).
• Creativity: A strong creative mindset with the ability to balance innovative, engaging design with functional, frictionless user experiences.

• Technical Fluency: A solid foundational understanding of modern frontend technologies (HTML, CSS/SCSS, React, or similar) to communicate effectively with engineering teams regarding technical constraints and feasibility.
• Accessibility (a11y): Practical knowledge of WCAG guidelines and a commitment to designing inclusive, accessible web products.
• Advanced Prototyping: Experience with advanced interaction and motion design tools (e.g., Framer, Protopie, After Effects) to create complex micro-interactions.

We help organisations calculate their carbon footprint across all GHG Protocol scopes, set science-based targets, and produce CSRD-compliant sustainability reports — powered by a comprehensive emission factor database and automated data processing.

Both platforms share a single engineering team and backend infrastructure. You will work on software that directly contributes to decarbonising the built environment — a sector responsible for nearly 40% of global carbon emissions.
