Work Program: Monday to Friday 9-17 full on site.
Requirements:
Analytical thinking, ability to interpret data to improve results
Calm, polite and solution-oriented attitude when dealing with drivers, clients, and subcontractors
Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
Team-player, able to work at a sustained pace
Advanced PC skills, Excel: medium/advanced
Nice to have:
University degree completed or in progress
Experience in road transport or dispatching

Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Receive and schedule transport orders in the dedicated application
Group orders efficiently by area/truck to ensure on-time delivery and cost control
Monitor orders until delivery and validate for invoicing
Maintain relationships with transport suppliers and internal drivers
Identify and negotiate rates with new transport partners
Enter all operational data in the system and analyze fleet costs
Manage fleet documentation and update information in the system
Main Objectives:
Optimize transport costs through new subcontractors and rate negotiation
Full and accurate fleet cost analysis, monthly reporting to the Operations Manager, and improvement actions
