Job Description
- Process and manage transport orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain daily communication with transportation providers, sales teams, and warehouse operations
- Select the most suitable transport suppliers while ensuring cost efficiency and service quality
- Negotiate freight rates with transport providers for new routes not covered by annual transportation agreements
- Ensure the timely dispatch and delivery of goods and monitor shipments throughout the transportation process
- Track deliveries and provide updates on shipment status to relevant stakeholders
- Support the resolution of operational, service, and transportation-related issues
- Monitor and control end-to-end transportation operations on a daily basis
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Customer Service, Warehouses, and Transport Suppliers
- Proactively communicate transportation updates, delays, and potential risks
- Handle transportation-related administrative activities, including verification of transport invoices and supporting documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of transport planning and logistics processes
