- Strong analytical skills with experience in learning metrics, reporting, and effectiveness measurement;
- Demonstrated ability to connect learning initiatives with business performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy and annual training calendar aligned with business priorities and workforce capability requirements;
- Drive skill and capability-building initiatives for employees across the site through structured learning interventions and development programs;
- Manage end-to-end training deployment, ensuring timely and effective execution of the learning calendar;
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external training vendors to identify, evaluate, and implement best-in-class learning solutions;
- Manage vendor relationships, training quality, commercial effectiveness, and delivery outcomes to ensure high standards of learning execution;
- Design, develop, and implement a robust onboarding program that enhances employee integration, engagement, and readiness for success;
- Ensure strong onboarding delivery metrics, including employee satisfaction, engagement, and program effectiveness;
- Build and maintain training and learning metrics scorecards to measure program effectiveness, participation, learning outcomes, and business impact;
- Establish robust feedback mechanisms and ensure actionable improvements are implemented based on employee and stakeholder feedback;
- Develop and implement a learning effectiveness framework to evaluate the impact and sustainability of learning interventions;
- Ensure alignment between learning programs, business EVP, organizational culture, and employee engagement objectives;
- Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to create strong linkages between performance management, capability development, and training initiatives;
- Support the development of high-performance teams through targeted learning and continuous development initiatives;
- Drive continuous improvement in learning processes, tools, methodologies, and employee development experiences.
