Qualifications
- 1- 3 years previous similar work experience: maintenance of IT applications;
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude;
- Software testing experience is an advantage;
- Knowledge of Linux is an advantage;
- Knowledge of SQL scripting is an advantage;
- Experience in an application support position is an advantage;
- Foreign language: medium to advance English;
Key Responsibilities
- Creation of users within the applications;
- Performing functional testing;
- Support in creating test scenarios and diagnosing complex problems;
- Investigation of software incidents and problems;
- Providing support to internal users for insurance applications;
- Forwarding complex incidents to the Level 2 support team;
