Tehnician calitate

• Intelege fluxul de produse și procesul de fabricație a ansamblului plăcii
• Asigură primirea documentației corespunzătoare înainte de începerea lucrului
• Revizuieste desenele de asamblare si asigura o intelegere completă înainte de a începe verificarea QC
• Revizuieste si intelege Bill of Materials (BOM) și instrucțiunile de lucru
• Verifica ansamblurile SMT si pe cele THT raportat la IPC A-610
• Efectueaza primele inspecții ale produsului (începutul schimbului / schimbări)
• Lucreaza/ utilizeaza doar echipamente pentru care a fost finalizată instruirea și / sau certificarea
• Efectueaza audituri LPA, ESD și 5S
• Actionarea în concordantă cu procedurile stabilite de către companie cu privire la Calitate, Sănătate si Securitate, Îmbunătătire Continuă si Gestionarea Deseurilor.
