At FSP Global, we are expanding our specialized solar energy division and are looking for a Level 2 Technical Support Specialist to join our international team.
In this role, you won't just be answering phones; you will be the bridge between complex solar technology and functional solutions for our partners and customers.

Advanced Troubleshooting: Provide Level 2 technical support via phone and email, focusing on solar inverters, monitoring systems, and PV components
Expert Guidance: Assist installers and end-users with system configuration, commissioning, and firmware updates
Problem Resolution: Analyze system data and error codes to diagnose hardware or software issues remotely
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of technical cases and contribute to the internal knowledge base
What we are looking for:
Language Proficiency: Fluent German (C1) and good English for internal reporting and training.
Technical Background: Previous experience in technical support (L1/L2), electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
Solar Expertise: Knowledge of photovoltaic systems, inverters, or energy storage is a significant advantage.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to approach problems logically and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
