• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (blue-collar roles required)
• Good IT skills
• Good English communication skills
• Office-based position (on-site presence required)

What you’ll do:
• Source and recruit blue-collar candidates
• Work on European markets such as France, Denmark, Germany etc
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and experience
• Manage the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the team to understand hiring needs and deliver results
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
Nice to have:
• Experience recruiting for or within the French market
• French language is an advantage
• Experience in the construction industry is a strong advantage
