Team Leader – BPO (German Speaker)

• Fluency in German (C2 level) and English (C2) - certification is a plus.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a BPO / shared services environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting tools.

• Manage a team of BPO agents to ensure high performance and service quality.
• Monitor team productivity, KPIs, and service levels, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and support individual development plans.
• Handle escalations and support the team in resolving complex client issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
