Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as a core driver of retail and corporate growth in Romania, acting as the primary ambassador for the employer brand. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment while closely supporting the management team in personnel matters and HR strategies.

Qualifications & Attributes

Experience: 2–3 years of recruitment and general HR operations experience, preferably within the retail sector.

Skills: Proven capacity or willingness to be trained on Romanian labor compliance administration (REVISAL, ITM regulations) and payroll data coordination. Strong collaborative skills to ensure effective collaboration with the HR team, company departments, and external vendors.

Technical Proficiency: Must manage time and resources well, demonstrate good organizational abilities , and have the personal resilience to work effectively and stay calm under pressure. Knowledge of the Romanian labor market and familiarity with local recruitment platforms.

Soft Skills: Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times is essential.

Languages: Native-level Romanian and communicative professional English.

Area of responsibility/ Duties

Recruitment & Selection: Leads end-to-end recruitment processes, encompassing job postings, candidate selection, recruitment interviews, and offer negotiations.

Sourcing Strategy: Develops and implements talent acquisition strategies utilizing employer branding, social media, and direct search methodologies tailored to the local retail market.

Onboarding: Coordinates comprehensive employee onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.

Compliance & HR Operations (Accountability): Manages the integrity of local labor compliance. Accountable for ensuring the accurate and timely data entry for payroll, labor contracts (CIM), and mandatory national employee registry (REVISAL) updates, either by executing these tasks directly or by overseeing and coordinating with an external local HR/Payroll vendor.

Training & Development: Identifies organizational training needs and organizes relevant training sessions and development programs. Creates and implements career and development paths.

Employee Engagement: Manages internal communication initiatives, including events, team-building activities, and internal visual materials like posters. Executes HR projects focused on organizational culture.

General Support: Provides ongoing support for all topics related to the company's HR policy. Prepares necessary HR reports and analyses. Ensures strict adherence to local Occupational Health and Safety (SSM/SU) procedures.
