For this role you will need:
- Proficiency in English (min. B2);
- University Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, Business, or any relevant domain;
- At least 3-4 years of relevant recruitment experience with senior roles;
- Proficient in using different sourcing channels (LinkedIn, eJobs, etc.);
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Experience dealing with uncertainty and complexity;
- Experience in ORC;
- Technical recruiting experience;
- Other languages like French, Spanish, Italian or German would be a plus.

- Build and maintain relations with hiring managers to stay updated of current and future recruitment market trends
- Identify the recruitment sources and conduct searches for suitable individuals based on relevant job criteria, using networking, Internet recruiting resources, media, databases, and employee referrals.
- Screen and interview candidates, make hiring recommendations and be a consultant to the Hiring Managers
- Keep in touch with cross-business HRs (HRBP)
- Prepare recruitment statistics and feedback according to business needs
- Deliver Recruitment related workshops / trainings / presentations.
