- Implementation of projects requiring IT components – applications, modules, information systems.
- Analysis of business stakeholder requirements to create technical specifications .
- Responsible for writing technical and functional documentation.
- Communicating and supporting technical requirements to internal (RO) and external (EN) partners based on a standardized request submission process.
- Validation of technical solutions proposed by internal/external partners through Functional Specification Documents, aiming for optimal integration between various elements: applications, infrastructure, data, business processes, business organization, IT organization.
- Providing support during the project lifecycle and post-implementation (writing technical test scenarios, doing together with business UAT, UAT signoff).
- Supporting the “Change Management” process (communication, organizational transformation, move to production, hyper care).
- Providing Level 2 support for applications and systems under responsibility, supporting Level 1 teams and contributing to the optimization of repetitive processes.
- Identifying and proposing ways to optimize processes and technical solutions.
