- Good communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; a major in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar operational role.
- Proficiency in Business English, both written and verbal, is essential for internal and external communication.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
- Multitasking Ability: Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced supply chain environment.
- Shipment Scheduling: Ensure timely and accurate scheduling of shipments to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
- Cost Awareness: Proactively identify opportunities to reduce or avoid unnecessary logistics and operational costs.

Perform the logistics /distribution activities including, transportation, sourcing and customer services, later inventory.
Key Accountabilities:
- Order Management: Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Sales Support: Provide logistical support to the sales team to ensure smooth order-to-delivery cycles.
- Customer Communication: Serve as an important point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery issues, and general inquiries.
- Supplier & Internal Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and Hankook Group manufacturing entities to align supply schedules and ensure availability.
- Delivery Scheduling: Plan and manage delivery schedules in coordination with internal teams and logistics partners to meet customer expectations.
- Customs Coordination: Work closely with customs agents to facilitate smooth import processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular and ad hoc reports related to logistics performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
- Logistics Cost Tracking: Monitor and follow up on logistics-related expenses to support cost control initiatives.
- Month-End Closing Support: Contribute to the financial closing process by providing necessary data and reconciling logistics-related transactions.
