As Supply Chain Manager, you will lead three key teams: Planning, Procurement and Warehousing. You will be responsible for delivering the Master Production Schedule (MPS) with minimal backlog, optimising cost and cash flow, and ensuring operational excellence across the supply chain

Local Supply Chain Planning
- Execute the MPS to meet sales targets with minimal backlog and optimal cost/cash impact.
- Assess and control planning parameters (lot sizes, MOQ - Minimum Order Quantity, safety time, lead times).
- Escalate issues and propose action plans to ensure MPS delivery.
- Ensure accurate master data in collaboration with Engineering.
- Support planning-related supplier/customer negotiations and audits.
Procurement Management
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and services based on MRP - Material Requirements Planning /MPS.
- Negotiate with suppliers for optimal cost, quality, and service.
- Develop recovery and contingency plans for late deliveries.
- Evaluate and develop supplier performance.
Warehouse Operations
- Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace regulations.
- Manage outbound logistics and support production/maintenance.
Budget & Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP)
- Prepare RCCP settings in collaboration with divisional planning.
- Align machine and workforce needs with the signed-off divisional demand plan.
- Contribute to annual budget planning.
Team Leadership
- Coach and motivate the planning, procurement, and warehouse teams.
- Set objectives and ensure training and onboarding.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Ideal candidate:
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Economics (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years in a similar role within a complex production environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ERP knowledge (SAP preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent in Romanian and English; other languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
