Stylist Shift Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activity of the Stylist Team during assigned shifts.
• Ensure the availability and proper management of materials, tools, accessories, and product stock.
• Monitor the correct storage, maintenance, and usage of equipment, furniture, and consumables.
• Train and guide team members on company standards regarding appearance, including makeup and hairstyling.
• Track product consumption, cosmetic waste, and inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking requests.
• Communicate with internal departments (e.g., Purchasing, Facilities) to resolve operational or workspace-related matters.
• Prepare and submit activity reports based on team tracking files and personal observations.
• Maintain a positive team environment by providing feedback, supporting scheduling activities, and addressing team requests promptly.

• Intermediate/Advanced English
• PC literate
• Professional make-up and/or Hairstyling skills
• Previous experience in a similar coordination or supervisory role would be considered an advantage
