WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Several years of managerial experience, preferably in the textile industry, the industry of fast-moving products (FMCG) or in the service sector
• Experience working with customers and providing high quality service
• A high level of soft skills such as: willingness to work, demonstrating your own initiative and a proactive attitude
• English or German skills at B2 level or higher
• The flexibility and willingness to relocate inside Romania

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

In our Store Manager Program, you will gain an intensive insight into our core areas of retail and take on responsibility at an early stage.

STAGE 1: ONBOARDING (Duration: 6 months)

Practical and theoretical training, preparation for a management role

STAGE 2: DEPARTMENT MANAGER RETAIL (Duration: 9-15 months)
Team leadership and development, management and supervision of one department, control of product range, direct responsibility for turnover and performance

STAGE 3: STORE MANAGER TRAINING (Duration: 6 months)
Final presentation and start of the training, processing of daily tasks and overview with several General Sales Managers, cooperation with the buying department, direct responsibility for merchandise range and sales optimization
