Proven experience in inventory or stock coordination
Familiarity with inventory management software and system
Bachelor’s degree in business graduated, ideally industrial experience
Knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics
Understanding the industry specific regulations and compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Manage the commodities stocks reports, ensures the accurate registration of the intake and outake, ensures the proper system registration of stocks in accordance with the company rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Taking part in developing of Section objectives, definition of section tasks and planning of their achievement
Support the area to organize the activities specific to the section in cooperation with the rest of the staff.
Support all the activities specific to the section (reception, storage, delivery, maintenance, investments , safety and security personnel) reporting directly to the Silo & Bulk Manager.
Cooperates with all the departments and compartments which contributes to the carrying out of the section activity
Ensures the elaboration and administration of annual and monthly budgets (considering the saving of resources and monitoring of costs)
Support for planning and monitoring of the manufacture activities from the quantitative, qualitative point of view, efficiencies, technical assessment and maintaining at a normal level of the manufacture capacities and installations afferent to the cost centers managed
Monitoring of budgets: personnel, maintenance, external services and administration thereof
Industrial reporting
Daily and monthly (supply and receipt of information, conducting monthly stock analyses
