SRE

We are looking for a motivated and skilled SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) to join our growing international team. If you are passionate about cloud technologies, automation, and system reliability, this role offers the opportunity to work on global projects and modern infrastructures.

Main Responsibilities:
Ensure application system stability and deployment in new regions.
Maintain daily system stability across multiple cloud vendors.
Build CI/CD and DevOps capabilities.
Assist in deployment and upgrade of application systems to ensure smooth transition.
Maintain O&M documentation, record system changes and operation manuals.
Provide technical support to resolve technical issues raised by customers and internal teams.
Collaborate with development teams to support development and testing environments.

Job Requirements:
Education: . Associate degree (or overseas equivalent) or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related fields.
At least 2-3 years of SRE experience.
Experience in large enterprises or multinational companies is preferred.
Familiar with ITIL framework and application O&M best practices.
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., RHCE, MCSE, AWS, Azure, CKA, SRE Foundation/Professional, etc.) are preferred.
Fluent English communication skills for professional verbal and written communication.
Chinese or other foreign language skills are preferred (e.g., Spanish, Malay, German, Arabic, etc.).

Skills:
Proficient in Kubernetes (K8s) container orchestration, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker), and microservices architecture deployment, O&M, monitoring and troubleshooting.
Proficient in CI/CD toolchains (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD, etc.) and DevOps practices.
Proficient in Linux/Unix system administration; familiar with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) is preferred.
Basic programming capability in at least one general-purpose language (e.g., Python, Go, Shell).
Familiar with core services of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) with cloud environment O&M experience
Database management experience (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis) is preferred.
Good communication and teamwork skills to efficiently collaborate with development, testing and other technical departments to ensure system stability and drive continuous improvement.
