2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite with the ability to quickly adapt to new softwares-ODOO
3. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Advanced proficiency in English, both writen and verbal, with strong communication skills.
5. Excellent numerical aptitude and solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilties:
1. Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to analyze data, create reports, and present insights to support decision making processes.
2. Analyze project specifications and other documentation to prepare accurate project quotations.
3. Develop and maintain a database of pricing information for various materials, labor, and services.
4. Coordinate with suppliers and engage in effective negotiation to secure favorable detailed cost analysis.
5. Prepare and present detailed quotation documents including scope of work, pricing breakdowns, and terms and conditions.

7. Maintain organized records of all quotations submitted, including feedback and outcomes.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, pricing changes, and competitor offerings to inform quotation strategies.

10. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions to enhance performance.
11. Foster a positive work environment by demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
12. Assist in training and mentoring junior staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
