Candidatul Ideal
Cerinte:
- Studii superioare finalizate, ideal profil economic sau tehnic.
- Experienta de minim 2-4 ani in achizitii operationale sau gestiune stocuri.
- Cunostinte de limba engleza la nivel mediu.
- Nivel bun de utilizare Excel si experienta de lucru intr-un sistem informatic (ERP).
- Spirit de echipa, abilitati de comunicare ferma si inclinatie catre domeniul tehnic.
- Atentie sporita la detalii, dinamism si capacitate de organizare
Descrierea jobului
- Gestionarea fluxului de aprovizionare prin plasarea comenzilor de piese de schimb catre furnizori in baza necesarului intern.
- Monitorizarea corespondentei cu producatorii si partenerii externi pentru asigurarea termenelor de livrare.
- Analizarea rulajului stocurilor si optimizarea necesarului de piese si materiale pentru echipa tehnica.
- Intocmirea ofertelor comerciale, a devizelor si a facturilor proforme catre clienti.
- Verificarea acuratetei facturilor primite de la furnizori si inregistrarea acestora in sistemul informatic.
- Colaborarea cu depozitul, departamentul tehnic si cel de contabilitate pentru receptia corecta a marfii si fluxul documentelor.
- Raportarea catre superiorul ierarhic a situatiilor intalnite si propunerea de solutii pentru remedierea eventualelor disfunctionalitati.
