- University degree, preferably in Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience within the automotive or motorcycle industry, preferably with significant exposure to spare parts, aftersales, dealer operations, logistics, or supply chain.
- Previous experience in a Spare Parts, Parts Operations, Aftersales, Dealer Network, Supply Chain, or related role.
- Experience working with OEM standards, authorized dealer networks, and manufacturer/importer environments represents a strong advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of spare parts operations, including parts ordering, availability, demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, logistics, pricing, and dealer support.
- Good understanding of the automotive/motorcycle aftersales business and dealer network operations.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to interpret sales, stock, demand, pricing, and profitability data.
- Experience with forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Good understanding of parts pricing, margins, and commercial performance.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Very good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP, DMS, parts ordering, or automotive systems represents an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with dealers, suppliers, logistics partners, internal departments, and international stakeholders.
- Creative, innovative, and able to identify opportunities for process and business improvement.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to identify issues, propose practical solutions, and follow through on implementation.

Responsibilities
- Support and develop the national spare parts business for passenger cars and motorcycles in Romania.
- Establish and monitor annual spare parts sales objectives in collaboration with the Aftersales Manager.
- Analyze spare parts sales performance by dealer, vehicle model, product category, and market segment, preparing regular performance reports and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to increase genuine parts sales, market penetration, revenue, and profitability.
- Act as the main operational contact for the authorized dealer network regarding spare parts activities, processes, and business performance.
- Conduct regular dealer parts business reviews and support dealers in improving ordering, inventory management, stock turnover, and overall parts operations.
- Ensure implementation of OEM spare parts policies, standards, and procedures across the dealer network.
- Monitor dealer ordering patterns, demand, stock levels, and parts availability to ensure an efficient supply of genuine parts.
- Monitor order fulfillment, backorders, and critical or frequently unavailable parts, coordinating the escalation and resolution of urgent supply issues.
- Monitor delivery performance and coordinate with logistics providers and parts distribution centers to address delays, discrepancies, missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain spare parts demand forecasts based on vehicle parc development, historical sales, seasonal trends, dealer demand, and new model introductions.
- Coordinate forecasting activities with the relevant European manufacturer entities, suppliers, and parts distribution centers.
- Monitor parts transportation, logistics performance, and customs/import-related issues, supporting continuous improvement of the spare parts supply chain.
- Maintain and monitor spare parts pricing and support periodic price updates.
- Analyze dealer and market pricing, margins, and commercial positioning, identifying opportunities to improve competitiveness and profitability.
- Support the Aftersales Manager in developing and implementing spare parts commercial strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor pricing competitiveness against alternative parts and market competitors.
- Collaborate with Warranty and Technical teams on parts-related technical, quality, and warranty issues.
- Support the identification and resolution of defective or problematic parts and coordinate parts requirements for recalls and service campaigns.
- Maintain accurate spare parts data in relevant systems and identify, investigate, and correct data inconsistencies.
- Support dealer system implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of parts-related processes.
- Contribute to digitalization initiatives and the improvement of spare parts systems, processes, and reporting.
- Generate invoices for spare parts and accessories supplied to authorized dealers.
- Process credit notes, debit notes, invoice corrections, and other order administration activities when required.
- Coordinate with the Accounting department to support accurate and timely month-end closing activities.
- Prepare regular management reports covering parts sales, availability, stock, ordering, backorders, pricing, margins, and other relevant KPIs.
- Support the implementation of initiatives aimed at improving parts availability, inventory efficiency, dealer profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to dealers regarding best practices in spare parts operations and stock management.
- Act as an operational interface between the local importer, European manufacturer entities, logistics partners, suppliers, and the authorized dealer network.
- Maintain effective communication with international stakeholders regarding spare parts ordering, forecasting, logistics, pricing, systems, and operational matters.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the national spare parts business and support the broader Aftersales strategy for passenger cars and motorcycles.
- Travel regularly within Romania and internationally, as required, to visit dealers, attend meetings, training sessions, and support business improvement initiatives.
