Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

We are seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer with experience of 2 years in solar to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Engineer at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on turnkey projects regarding the installation of solar power plants (on ground and rooftop). Job location within Romania may vary depending on the project location. If the project address is outside the employee's residence, accommodation, transportation, and meals will be covered by the company.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the installation of solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and other equipment on site.
Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Monitor project progress and ensure that it is completed on time and within budget.
Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure that the project is delivered to the required quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and tests to ensure that the solar system is operating correctly and efficiently.
Prepare reports and documentation on project progress and technical specifications.
Liaise with customers and stakeholders to ensure that their needs and requirements are met.
