- 2+ years of experience in similar positions.
- A strong strategic approach to working on social networks.
- Skills in developing action plans for promo of brand and its products.
- Experience in using various social media promotion tools.
- Successful cases of brand promotion in social networks.
- Knowledge of functionality and algorithms of social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
- Skills in developing content plans, understanding the principles of content marketing.
- Active monitoring of local trends in social networks, implementation cases.
- Experience in influence marketing – powerful portfolio of influencers, or strong skills in developing relationships with influencers.
- Basic knowledge of the functionality of the META Ads Manager
- Video making skills (mobile).
- Knowledge of languages: Romanian - native, English - Intermediate or above.

- SMM strategy adaptation and implementation in accordance with the brand marketing strategy in Romania.
- Development and implementation of an action plan for brand and product promotion in social networks.
- Constant analysis and research of the market and competitors.
- Preparation of weekly content plans: daily posts and stories, creation of viral content, making videos for Reels and TikTok, writing texts, adaptation of ready-made texts.
- Organization and holding of contests on social networks, finding and using new creative tools to achieve business and SMM goals.
- Cooperation with influencers.
- Preparation and launch of paid advertising.
- Pages’ moderation together with the team.
- Preparation of reports and analytics of completed work, recommendations for further work.
- Preparation and implementation of certain events related to Social media presence
