• 3-5 years of professional experience in railway project in civil-works in construction or industrial projects
• -Experience in a Romanian construction project
• -Knowledge of civil construction works standards.
• -Reading, speaking and writing Romanian and English
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and other professional software.

• Ability to quickly understand technical requirements ( e.g. specifications, drawings, codes, norms)
• Ability to meticulously observe in order to detect non-compliances.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility in working time due to construction site necessities
• Open to works for nigth shift work
• Review and comment the execution documentation (technical drawings, quality plans …) related to the works to be implemented
• Directing subcontractor teams on site, controlling their production on site, delivering them to the Site Manager
• Ensuring that all work on the construction site is carried out in accordance with the relevant specifications and standards
• Ensure his/her inspection activities are performed in a safely manner
• Verify the defaults, deviations or non-conformities are properly corrected.
• Prepare the inspection on site by identifying the elementary checks to be carried out, considering the requirements
• Conduct the inspection on site in order to verify the compliance of the civil works executed with the execution documentation and applicable norms and standards
• To monitor that the work is carried out according to the work schedule and, when necessary, to take additional necessary measures to comply with the work schedule.
• Respect the existing project Quality Assurance processes and HSE requirements
• Respect the instructions given bey the QHSE team regarding Quality Assurance and HSE requirements
• Communicate and exchange on a daily basis with all the stakeholders involved in the construction civil works, in order to efficiently perform the executed activities
• Responsible for recording site activities and submitting daily and monthly reports to the technical office.
• Responsible for identifying project material requirements and placing the necessary orders.
