What are we looking for

The Team Leader's role is to coordinate the team to deliver reliable and high-performance IT solutions for the Orange group, with added value in the ServiceNow HRSD domain.

The purpose of this position is also to participate in the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow HRSD solution: developing, testing, and implementing User Stories within the ServiceNow environment, and contributing to the solution architecture.


What you’ll be doing
  • Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Establish clear priorities, structured planning, and consistent follow-up on deliverables.
  • Set measurable objectives and foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Organize and lead meetings with business and functional teams to understand their needs
  • Analyze and interpret requirements, evaluate impact and associated risks, and propose solutions
  • Analyze, design, and estimate User Stories related to HRSD processes
  • Develop, test, and deploy User Stories in ServiceNow, integrating ServiceNow with other HR systems
  • Create forms, workflows, and portals within HRSD
  • Maintain and update ServiceNow HRSD environments
  • Write technical support documentation and guides
  • Coordinate and lead the ServiceNow HRSD development area
  • Conduct advanced technical studies for complex solutions
  • Remove obstacles that hinder team progress
  • Ensure adherence to Agile principles and participate in ceremonies (Sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Follow ServiceNow standards and best practices, making recommendations during workshops
  • Provide technical assistance and resolve incidents related to ServiceNow HRSD
  • Stay updated on new features and updates of ServiceNow HRSD for continuous
  • Participate in projects, align and validate proposed solutions with stakeholders and project sponsors
  • Anticipate risks within the team’s scope and propose mitigation plans
  • Ensure processes and procedures within your area of expertise are followed
  • Serve as a mentor and expert in your domain, supporting team members


What you need to know/have
  • Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD development (preferably certified in ServiceNow CIS-HRSD)
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript for client and server-side
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for integration and advanced experience with Flow Designer
  • Expertise in scripting: client scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes
  • Strong understanding of HR processes
  • Team-oriented leader: inspires, aligns, and fosters a collaborative working culture.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment, within a business and/or technical context
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and error detection capabilities
  • Proactive, organized, and responsible attitude
  • Customer and service-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
