We're looking for a highly creative Senior Web Designer who combines outstanding visual design skills with the ability to develop original concepts, engaging interfaces, and memorable user experiences. This role is not just about producing polished UI. It's about bringing ideas to life and helping shape the visual direction of our products.

- An exceptionally creative designer. You enjoy coming up with original concepts, engaging user experiences, and eye-catching visuals, not just executing requirements. You think beyond standard layouts and enjoy solving design problems through creativity;
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across websites, UI, landing pages, campaigns, and digital products (required);
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including the latest features, workflows, and best practices;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
- Experience using AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly, Firefly Boards, or similar);
- Good understanding of responsive web design and modern UI/UX principles;
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Experience designing for the online gambling, gaming, casino, or betting industry is a strong advantage;
- Experience working with design systems;
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints;
- Experience creating motion graphics or micro-interactions.

- Collaborate with Product Managers throughout the design process;
- Ensure consistency across products and maintain high design standards;
