• 2+ years of work experience as a UI/UX designer or relevant experience
• Portfolio of designed apps
• Enthusiastic and with a positive attitude
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Collaborative, receptive to feedback and expresses opinions candidly

• Has a sense of urgency
• Driven and self-motivated.
• A confident communicator in English
• Good understanding of latest design principles
• Strong experience with design tools (Photoshop, sketch, invision, etc.)
• Proficient with delivering exportable design assets
• Proven track record of shipping software and successfully released apps (please include names and links on your resume) – start-up experience is a major plus!
• Strong attention to detail on every design
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in distributed teams are a must-have
• Comfortable with rapid development cycles and tight schedules

• Work with small teams of top-tier developers and BA’s
• Designing great user experiences applications for mobile and web
• Participate in scrums consisting of cross-functional teams
