We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tag Implementation Developer with proven experience in enterprise tag management systems. You will design, implement, and optimize tracking solutions across complex digital environments. The role requires strong frontend development expertise, advanced JavaScript knowledge, cross browser debugging skills, and hands on experience with configuring and troubleshooting analytics and marketing tags using platforms such as Adobe Launch. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate technical requirements into accurate, scalable, and GDPR compliant tracking implementations.

• Skilled in using enterprise tag management systems such as Adobe Launch for configuring rules, conditions, and custom logic

• Able to implement and troubleshoot marketing pixels, analytics scripts, and custom tracking logic
• Capable of producing clear technical documentation
• Confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Motivated to stay ahead of evolving tracking technologies and governance requirements

• Build, configure, and validate analytics and marketing tags using enterprise tag management systems such as Adobe Launch, including rule logic, conditions, data elements, and custom scripts
• Implement client side and server side tracking that integrates with analytics and marketing platforms while ensuring correct payload structures and consistent event logic
• Use advanced JavaScript and frontend skills to ensure reliable and consistent tracking across browsers, devices, and environments
• Troubleshoot technical issues such as rule conflicts, timing problems, dependency failures, and incorrect payload behavior
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to explain implementation details and technical constraints
• Apply best practices for scalable, maintainable, and performant tracking solutions
• Work closely with QA Engineers during validation and support the release process
• Maintain clear documentation for implementation steps, configurations, and technical specifications
• Provide structured updates to Project Managers on progress, risks, and blockers
• Contribute to technical planning and propose improvements to tagging architecture and development workflows
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure high quality delivery within timelines
• Stay informed about modern frontend technologies, tag management approaches, and tracking frameworks
