As a Senior Supply Chain and Facility Manager (SCAF), you are responsible for coordinating and administratively supporting endtoend supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, order management and logistics execution. You play a key role in ensuring a stable, efficient and reliable supply chain, with a strong focus on operational continuity and performance, from an Elacin group perspective. In addition, you are responsible for facility management activities, including the maintenance of buildings, managing relationships with landlords and service providers, and ensuring a safe, functional, and well‑maintained working environment.
In this position, you are the first in line to replace the local General Manager when absent, actingact as its operational sparring partner and providing structured input for decisionmaking, reporting and process optimization. You will manage a team of 2 – 4 professionals. You combine handson execution with oversight, ensuring accuracy, transparency and alignment across supply chain activities.
The role requires a structured and proactive working approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate independently within an international business environment. You have a high level of ownership and responsibility and actively contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of internal processes.

Key responsibilities and duties
- Supply Chain and Planning: Coordinate end‑to‑end supply chain activities, including procurement, planning, inventory management and distribution; Monitor order flow, lead times and delivery performance, proactively identify and resolve operational disruptions
- Facility management and Administration: maintain strong working relationships with the landlord to ensure a positive landlord–tenant relationship; manage and maintain effective relationships with all facilityrelated service providers
- Stakeholder management: maintain daily contact with suppliers, logistics partners and service providers; work closely with finance, operations and management teams; responsible for direct operational coordination with the local General Manager and the Group's Financial Director located at HQ
- Reporting and performance monitoring: prepare periodic operational and management reports ; monitor KPIs such as inventory levels, OTIF performance and cost development; provide analysis and insights to support decision‑making
- Process optimization: identify opportunities for improvement within supply chain and administrative processes; support the implementation of process optimizations; ensure compliance with internal procedures and (international) guidelines

Qualifications:
- Proven experience with end-to-end supply chain processes
- Good knowledge of: procurement and order management, planning and stock management, logistics and distribution processes
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Able to work independently and liaise with senior management
- Good communication skills at both operational and management levels
- Reliable, able to work under pressure and results-oriented
- University Graduate
- At least 7-10 years relevant work experience in supply chain, facility, logistics or operations
- Strong leadership skills
