Senior React Engineer(Full-Stack) + Backend (Java / Laravel)

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior React Engineer (Full-Stack) to build and scale multiple product initiatives across mobile and web. This is a React-first role with an initial focus on mobile delivery (React Native). You’ll work across a multi-product environment where different products use different backend and frontend stacks.

What you’ll build

• Mobile apps (primary focus — React Native)
• Product features, performance improvements, stability work, release readiness
• Real device constraints, crash analysis, and production-quality releases
• Backend services (depending on product area)
• APIs, business workflows, auth/roles, data models
• Work may span Java and Laravel/PHP depending on the product/module
• Web applications (secondary focus)
• React-based surfaces (admin tools, internal dashboards, product web apps)
• Some modules use Vue.js (complex forms, workflows, UI redesign initiatives)
• Product initiatives such as mobile-first UX improvements, internationalization, and pragmatic AI/assistant features (MVP-first)

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end: requirements → implementation → QA handoff → release.
• Build clean, maintainable code with a production mindset (safe rollouts, observability).
• Break down large workstreams into small deliverables and provide realistic estimates.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams using clear acceptance criteria.
• Review code, mentor teammates, and improve engineering standards incrementally.
• Write lightweight technical notes and “how to test” guidance when needed.

Must-have skills

• Very strong React (hooks, component architecture, complex UI state, performance).
• Strong React Native experience (shipping apps; navigation, performance, real device constraints).
• Proven experience shipping and maintaining production software.
• Solid understanding of API-driven applications (REST, auth patterns, error handling).
• Solid SQL fundamentals (MySQL or similar).
• Ownership mindset: you can take a module and deliver it to “Done”.

Backend expectation
We’re looking for someone who can be productive across our backend landscape:

• Strong experience in Java or Laravel/PHP, or
• Strong backend experience in Node.js (or similar) with willingness to ramp up quickly in Java and/or Laravel as needed.

Nice-to-have

• Vue.js knowledge (or willingness to ramp up quickly).
• Experience with mobile release processes (iOS/Android builds, store submissions, CI for mobile).
• CI/CD, Docker, Linux basics.
• SEO technical experience (structured data, sitemaps, canonical, robots, performance).
• Experience integrating AI/assistant features pragmatically (chatbots, retrieval-based help).
• Experience working across multiple products and balancing priorities.
