We are a top-10 Romanian iGaming operator by GGR, managing €170K+/month in Google Ads across Search, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Performance Max.

As we scale aggressively and prepare for a major sportsbook launch ahead of FIFA World Cup 2026, we are looking for a senior PPC operator with real iGaming experience and a proven track record managing large-scale Google Ads budgets.

This is not a “senior” title for a mid-level profile.
We are looking for someone who has personally owned performance on high-budget accounts and understands what top-tier execution looks like.

What You’ll Do
* Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns daily
* Scale performance across Search, PMax, Video, and Demand Gen
* Optimize CPR, CPFTD, and ROAS
* Run search term audits and negative keyword strategies
* Test bidding strategies (tCPA / tROAS)
* Execute A/B testing across ads, audiences, and landing pages
* Analyze registration and deposit funnels
* Collaborate with internal teams on promotions and sportsbook launch campaigns

Requirements
* 4+ years of Google Ads experience in iGaming
* Hands-on management of €100K+/month budgets
* Experience in regulated markets
* Strong understanding of: Smart Bidding, Auction mechanics, RSA optimization, Attribution models
* Ability to discuss previous KPIs and results openly: CPR, CPFTD, ROAS, conversion rates, budget ownership
* Fluent English

Compensation
We are offering a compensation package designed to attract top performers from tier-1 operators:
* Base salary: 50% above the Romanian market average for this role and seniority level.
* Performance bonus: substantial quarterly bonus tied directly to measurable improvement in CPR, CPFTD, and ROAS vs. baseline. If you deliver the results, your total compensation will significantly exceed market.
