• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
• Advanced written and spoken English skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the retail industry is considered an advantage

• Draft, review, and approve contracts, internal acts, and other legal documents
• Maintain records and ensure the physical and electronic archiving of contracts and company legal documents
• Provide legal advice to management and employees
• Offer guidance on relevant legal rules to internal stakeholders and collaborators
• Track and centralize contracts and legal documentation
• Manage relationships with external parties such as suppliers, authorities, courts, and public institutions
• Prepare documentation and handle legal formalities related to changes to the company’s constitutive act
• Draft and/or review the legality of documents that may engage the company’s liability, as well as management decisions
• Participate in Group projects, including business travel when required
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to clarify legal matters and support business needs
• Support contract negotiations and prepare draft agreements
• Draft and propose for approval documents expressing the company’s position on regulatory acts impacting the business
