- Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, economics or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in the SAP HCM environment will enable you to act as a competent contact for our HR department
- You have in-depth knowledge and practical experience in the areas of personnel administration (PA), German payroll (PY) including schemes and rules, time management (PT), certification, and organizational management (OM)
- Ideally, you have good ABAP programming skills
- Knowledge of Employee/Manager Self-Services (ESS/MSS) and experience with SuccessFactors is desirable
- You have excellent communication skills, a strong customer and solution focus, and good presentation skills
- You have excellent English skills and enjoy working in an international environment, in addition German language skills is an advantage

- Take charge of the design and implementation of business processes, as well as the optimization of processes and systems
- Implement support packages effectively
- Coordinate the use of external resources within your area of responsibility
