Your role:
Manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Romanian entity, ensuring full compliance with local statutory and tax regulations.
Prepare and review tax declarations (VAT, CIT, payroll and local taxes), ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, maintaining high standards of financial accuracy and reporting discipline.
Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and collaborate with external auditors and accounting partners during audits.
Maintain accurate accounting of fleet-related transactions, including leasing, depreciation, insurance, damages and related provisions.
Apply internal financial controls and approval procedures, helping maintain transparency and strong financial governance.
Contribute to improving accounting workflows in a fast-growing, high-volume operational environment involving drivers and fleet operations
Support preparation of regular financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow for the Romanian operations.
Assist with analysis of key operational metrics such as fleet costs, operational expenses and revenue drivers.
Provide reliable financial data to support operational planning and day-to-day business decisions.
Monitor operational expenses and ensure proper financial documentation and cost tracking.
