- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial analysis, or controlling, ideally within a multinational or operations-driven environment.
- Proven ability to manage accounting processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and ERP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

To support our presence in Romania, we are looking for an Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is based either in Nicolae Cânea, nr. 140-158, Bucharest.
What you do on a typical day:
- Perform general accounting tasks in compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Accurately register all financial documents in the accounting system.
- Review and verify the correctness of accounting entries.
- Execution of month/year end closing process from FP&A perspective, in accordance with the methodology adopted in the group and the cluster.
- Analyzing and evaluating operational processes in terms of their economic efficiency, proposing improvements and corrective measures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial deliverables.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of business transactions and their impact on both financial and management accounting.
- Reconcile financial records and promptly report any discrepancies.
