Candidatul Ideal
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Strong expertise in Romanian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAGA software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ideally certified as a tax consultant or currently training with CECCAR.

- Conduct monthly balance sheet reviews, verify account balances, and provide analytical insights to management.
- Oversee and be involved in bank, supplier, intercompany, and general ledger reconciliations, maintaining strong internal controls and data accuracy.
- Supervise the accounts payable process, including invoice validation, PO approvals, payment scheduling, and compliance with company and fiscal policies.
- Manage and approve payments to suppliers, ANAF, and other institutions, supporting cash flow forecasting and treasury management.
- Ensure full compliance with Romanian fiscal and accounting regulations, including preparation and review of monthly and annual tax declarations (VAT, corporate tax, payroll taxes, etc.).
- Lead the accounting, reporting, and compliance of the Romanian permanent establishment, ensuring alignment with group policies and local statutory requirements.
- Support and coordinate internal and external audits, preparing audit files, providing explanations, and implementing recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate revenue recognition, proper VAT treatment, and compliance with client contracts.
- Oversee payroll-related accounting and reconciliations, ensuring alignment with HR data and statutory reporting.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, delegating groundwork and transactional responsibilities to focus on analysis, review, and process improvement.
